The Grade 1 students from Calmar Elementary School have been exploring landmarks and their importance in the community they live in.
This project was combined with the students' Science "Building Things" unit. Students worked in partners to collaborate on their plan and building. They used a picture of the landmark to guide them in size, shape, and colour.
The library is so excited to display their creations for the public to enjoy! Stop by and check them out!
