Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT, often referred to as tapping) is an evidence-based method of reducing stress, negative emotions, limiting beliefs, or even pain. It is a combination of western psychology and eastern medicine that, in its essence, is so simple a child can do it. And you can too!
