Adult Book Club

Cookbook Club

Third Monday (except stat holidays) of every month from 6:30 - 8:00 pm, from January 15 - June 18

Tired of making the same old thing? Time to get out of your comfort zone! Try new recipes and bring them to the group for everyone to sample. Not sure if this program is for you? First visit is on us!

This adult program is an ancient Chinese system of mild exercise designed to bring youthful vitality back to the body. The program works on all parts of the body, restoring muscle tone and strength, joint strength and concentration.
